Return Eligibility Window
You have 30 calendar days from the date you received your item to initiate a return.
Condition of Returned Items
To be accepted, all returned products must meet the following criteria:
- Unused and Unopened: The product must not have been used or tested.
- Original Packaging: It must be returned in its original, undamaged packaging with all seals and accessories intact.
- Quality Issues: If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, it qualifies for a return and we will prioritize the issue.
Initiating a Return
Please do not send your purchase back to our address without prior authorization. To start the return process:
- Send an email to info@jackblack.sbs with your order number and the reason for the return.
- If the return is due to a quality issue, please attach clear photos of the problem.
- Our team will review your request and, if approved, provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and confirmation of the return shipping method.
Return Shipping Costs
We offer free returns for all eligible returns. We will provide you with a prepaid shipping label. There are no restocking fees of any kind.

Processing Your Refund
Once your returned package is delivered to our office, please allow 1 to 2 business days for us to inspect the item and process the approval. After the refund is initiated, it will be credited back to your original method of payment. The time it takes for the funds to appear in your account is dependent on your bank or card issuer and typically takes an additional 7 to 10 business days.
