Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number as soon as your order has been shipped.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to addresses within the contiguous United States (the lower 48 states). At this time, we are unable to ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations.
Shipping Rates & Methods
We are pleased to offer free standard shipping on all orders to the contiguous U.S., with no minimum purchase required.
We partner with a selection of major national carriers, including USPS, UPS, and FedEx. The specific carrier for your order is selected randomly at the time of shipment based on the most efficient route to your destination. We are unable to accommodate requests for a specific carrier on free shipping orders.
Estimated Delivery Time
Once your package leaves our facility, the estimated transit time is 3 to 5 business days. Please note that this is an estimate, and during peak seasons or due to circumstances beyond our control, there may be delays.
Order Tracking & Issues
You can track your package using the link provided in your shipping confirmation email. If your tracking status shows as “delivered” but you have not located your package, please check with neighbors and your local post office first, and then contact us at info@jackblack.sbs within 5 days.
Lost or Damaged Packages
We take great care in packing your order. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with your order number and photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will resolve the issue promptly. Jack Black SBS is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after they have been marked as delivered by the carrier; however, we will do our best to assist you in filing a claim.
